How open are you to collaborations?

Question

And how do you feel when partnering up with someone for the first time on a new (or existing) project? Do you ask for some credentials, have a long talk with a potential partner, or something else?

@sclerek I definitely understand, it's difficult to trust someone with something you've been working on for so long and you're invested in.

But, once you start a new project, you'll be able to weight out what works for you.

I'm very open to partnering because I'm tired of working alone, but since my project is 10+ years in the making, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be just opening the door for someone.
My recent thinking on this subject is to license the tech out (B2B, not B2C) and then working closely with those customers who license it. That is what my first (or second) submission to PH will eventually be about.

If I ever start a new project, I'll look for partners from day one.
