How often do you have creative workshops with your team?

We used to have playful coffee breaks every Wednesday. But a year ago, only part of our team was left, so we decided to start with an ideas workshop. So a year ago we came up with a cool idea: a dogfooding app based on our small team's communication issues. And I can't wait to share it with you!😍

@kksrm lol.... i didnt mean STAND -UP COMEDY... i meant the morning meetings you have are called stand-ups. But im sure, the morning meets too are nothing less that stand up comedy sessions... or is it just you telling your team what to do all day ???

We've turned one workshop idea into reality so far - our dogfooding app! It's been a paw-some journey from brainstorming to beta testing. Who knew our communication hiccups would lead to such tail-wagging innovation? 🐾
