How often do you find yourself physically ill because of mental stress?

Sometimes, but not too often.
I try to spend as much time as possible outside, also meditation helps a lot!

Too often, I get stressed and tend to almost get nauseous but I catch myself and figure out how to be zen. It also helps when I finally launched my product and can only hope [e for it to do well from here.
Under my eye will start to twitch if I'm really stressed. That hasn't happened for a long time. Other than that, I might find myself full of energy that I have to walk off.
