I do a standup meeting with my engineering team every morning at 9 AM. We used to do that in the office before pandemic. The goal for this meeting: a) Who needs help with anything b) Who needs my help c) Any new personal sharable Usually, everyone looks forward to it unless someone had a long gaming session the night before or hung out with IRL friends a little too long. Working with a remote team from my different states since pandemic has been initially super weird but now a norm for us and we are not going back to offices again.
