How much time do you spend building vs selling?

Hi all,
I am a solopreneur and will launch my new SaaS, Loach.
I noticed that I was spending a lot of time on marketing, connecting with people, spreading the word, etc, and not so much designing and building the product.
I was wondering if you guys have any advice on how to spend your time best heading toward a launch. Maybe you have a system in place that worked well that you would like to share.

Hi Frank,
It’s the complete opposite on my side. I feel I am spending too much time on the product and not enough on putting it out there.
If you are gaining some traction on the market and you have a MVP, I would say you are doing it right.
