    Let's be honest, are you going Elizabeth Holmes route expecting employees to be working insane amount of hours? Or Like Elon you are looking for super-driven individulas who would willingly sit overtime? Or you don't care as long as required part of work is done and KPI's are met?

    In all honesty, completing goals and producing high-quality work are more important than the number of hours worked. Work-life balance is important to me.
