How much do you care about what your users say and think?

I'm curious if you mostly decide what to focus on by yourself or with your team, or do you consider what your users want at any given moment? We're hosting a webinar on how to make analyzing user feedback a piece of cake with Insights Hub and would love to invite you all: https://survicate.com/webinars/s...

We do a mix of both. While not everything can be tailored to users' preferences, our demos and interactions help us understand their thoughts and desired changes for our product. I then pitch these ideas to my technical team, and we discuss whether we can implement them.

Too much! Actually that's what that matters. But that shouldn't make you question your employees. Trust them first.

If users wish for blows and whistles, it's probably b better to first focus on the core features and follow your own roadmap But if they're begging to fix critical issues, I think it's best to prioritize their feedback over adding new buggy features
