How much AI has impacted your way of doing things in the past year, and what are the results?

In my case, I am a Front-end developer and designer, so I use tools such as Phind to generate code and get answer to my programming questions and I also have used DALL-E to generate 3D renders... in these scenarios these tools have saved me a lot of time. But I still like to do most of the work “by hand”. What is your case?
