I think team size totally depends on the scope and complexity of what you're launching. For something straightforward, 4-6 dedicated folks can crush it. But if it's a big, multi-faceted project, you might need a few more specialized roles in the mix. In my experience, around 10 people seems ideal. You get enough diversity in expertise without overwhelming communication channels.

I think having a small, focused team can be enough if everyone knows their role well. I’d say around 3-5 people should do the trick.
