    I have 2. Me and a technical co-founder. Im making stuff happen as the CEO and he is building great things as the CTO. How are you set up?

    Same here, 3 people in the team. Me and my co founder working as CPM and CMO and my 18 year old sibling as CTO and main developer of the application.

    Five people full-time core team, and up to 10 part-time/freelance guys who help us mostly with content. Gamedev needs a lot of it - sound, 2D, 3D, animations, video production, etc
