How many hours do you work each day?

I believe it's all about the output and not working hours. I run 3 super-focused 90 min daily sessions including weekends and in between I do items of less importance. If I'm tired I take breaks as long as I need to regain energy the focus back. On average is about 12 hours daily including weekends - each day is different.
