How many hours do you spend on crafting emails + replying to work messages everyday?
How many hours do you spend on tracking project progress and follow-ups everyday?
I personally spend 2 hours on emails & messages, another 1 hour on project tracking. But maybe 1-2 hours joggling around tasks and wasted.
Wonder if there's any good AI or SaaS tools to reduce the time spent on the above tasks?

30 min to 1 hour, depending on how many emails I get from people.

Not to much. Maybe up to 15 or 30 minutes.
But spending time on social media is a huge problem :D

I’d say I spend around 1 hour on emails daily? With some AI writing tools it’s probably a bit shorter now, but I haven’t been keeping track exactly.
I find that I use chat more often these days. As for emails, I probably spend around 1 to 2 hours on them every day. It can be quite time-consuming, but I'm always on the lookout for ways to make it more efficient. Maybe I should explore some of those AI or SaaS tools mentioned to see if they can help me manage my email time better and free up some of my day for other tasks.
Need AI Assistant with long-term memory!😌
At least two hours per day for emails and tracking. Too many messages and projects are happening at the same time. Unfortunately I still didn't find a smart and trustful tool for these tasks. Perhaps because these tasks are too complicated to be dealt with by AI.
I spend around 2-3 hours daily on emails, messages, and project tracking too. Some tools that helped me save time are Superhuman for emails, Slack for streamlined messaging, and tools like Trello or Asana for project tracking. AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT also help with crafting faster replies. Would love to hear what others recommend!
I'd say I spend about 30 minutes a day on emails, give or take. But it depends on how chaotic the email situation is. Is it urgent? Does it need a reply? Or worse, does it require one of those carefully crafted responses? Most of the time, it's just a flood of overly formal and corporate emails. But I still dive in because there might be a gem worth responding to somewhere in all that text.
About half an hour.
I spend at least an hour a day dealing with emails and work messages.
After work every day, I will spend about half an hour to summarize the work content, so that I can grasp the detailed progress and matters.
For emails, less than 20 mins everyday.
For projects, tracking, disscussing, executing, verifying, summarying costs me nearly a whole day.
I need Ai to track and execute the tasks and show me the progress and decisions it makes ,and the result it produce to make me verify.
I spend less than 1 hour on emails.
