Hi all! I asked about it 3 years ago and it's rather interesting how the situation has changed. In the CIS there is a rule of eight working hours, but in fact some work much more or much less. How many hours a day do you have and how many are optimal for you?

Very interesting topic actually! Honestly, my work hours have been all over the place depending on how busy things are. I've definitely pulled more than the usual 6 hours, and that often spills over into weekends. Just didn't have enough hands on deck... But, I've been trying to get a handle on things, squeezing the most out of my workweek so I can keep my weekends free. It took some doing, but I'm finally in a place where I'm not working round the clock and actually have time to chill. More than anything, I think it's not just how many hours we're clocking in but how our workweek is set up. I'm all in for a 4-day workweek. It sounds like a dream! Work hard for four days and then have a nice, long three-day weekend to look forward to. I'd happily put in the extra hours if it means more playtime.

@natalie_trotsenko Oh, a four-day workweek sounds great! I actually believe in it a lot. Essentially, I have a similar schedule right now, but only because by Friday, I'm so tired that I try to do only enjoyable work tasks whenever possible heheh

@olivia_kerry Wow, 12 hours sounds like a lot, I practice that too, and sometimes, when such a rhythm continues for too long, I start to get very tired. Please share, how do you replenish your resources?

Some days 0, some 16. It really helps to take breaks when you hit a road block, but when I have a surge of motivation I honestly don't want to stop. I really enjoy working on my project, so it never really feels like work.

@senseclub Oh, I know that feeling very well when you don't want to stop and can work 24/7 hehe. Best of luck with your project and upcoming launch!
