The preparation time for a launch greatly depends on your circumstances and the nature of your product. If you're working full-time and can only devote evenings and weekends, it might take more than a month or even months to prepare. However, if you're working solely on your product and have a team, you might be able to prepare for a launch in 2 weeks. It's all about balancing your resources and commitments.
