How long you developed your product?

I mean no software is complete at any time. Its a continuous process. But for example from our MVP to our final Coffee-Break App for Slack, it took several months. We started in December with the planning. For me planning is the most important part. Afterwards it took 3 months from the first line to the final application. How long did you developed your product?

For my current product, WebCurate.co it took us 4 months, in regards to that it was an upgrade of an older version which had taken 3 months.
