I was also wondering the same thing, specially when even after rescheduling the launch for making some improvement, PH launched it anyway :P

I think you should launch as soon as you feel that you made a significant enough improvement to share with the world!

Why do you need to wait? Take into account all the errors and user requests and launch a new version. Or do you have some special case?

@elenat I have a pet bed that is all the way dialed in and sitting in a reno warehouse. So I'd need to differentiate on something else.
