Hi. Visual project planning is crucial for our construction project team. It facilitates better visualization of projects' scope and timelines, making it easier for workers to understand their tasks and deadlines. Reliable software for construction plans https://ganttpro.com/strategic-p... enhances collaboration among various stakeholders by providing a central platform for sharing updates, changes, and critical information. Additionally, it helps in resource management by allowing project managers to allocate tasks efficiently and track progress in real time.

Yes, we use Asana boards for general project management and for more complex processes we visualize them using our own app, QuikFlow.

@kevin_brendel Using your own app is always a good idea. We also use Planyway for managing its development:))

Definitely need a way to visualize the bottlenecks during our meetings. We mostly focus on technical ones and SEO milestones, both of which can have fluctuating timelines. Use VS Code & Github for code. Gsheets for a Kanban and lists of interesting notes.

@aris_nakos Interesting! Have you tried GitHub capabilities for project management, like boards they provide?

As a 2 people team we rarely do it, and when we do it we don't adhere. We just do what's needed at the moment one by one
