Yes, we use Asana boards for general project management and for more complex processes we visualize them using our own app, QuikFlow.

Definitely need a way to visualize the bottlenecks during our meetings. We mostly focus on technical ones and SEO milestones, both of which can have fluctuating timelines.

Gsheets for a Kanban and lists of interesting notes.

As a 2 people team we rarely do it, and when we do it we don't adhere. We just do what's needed at the moment one by one
