Hi everyone! We are building a Chrome extension including 1-minute breathing and body exercises to improve posture etc… for those of us who spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer. Saying this because one might think “it’s for everyone”. But it’s not. We have ca 100 beta users who’ve been using our product since it was an early prototype and we have found it’s not for those who follow a strict fitness protocol, and also not for people who have no interest in wellness. But we still need to further define it. Curious to hear what you have done to define your target audience. Please share what your product or service does as well! Thank you for answering 🙌

Behavioral Biases of people you are looking for: - see people who already using and really monitor their steps in a smartwatch and goes to gym - See Twitter followers of Andrew Tate, Iman Gadzhi, Dan Koe, Wrongs to Write, and their web connections. These people teach people how to do business while having a healthy body. - Look for people who use Notion, Pomodoro clocks, and other tools to be organized Let me know if this is helpful
