How have real-world meetups and changed over the past two years?

I'd love to know if anyone has started going back to any in-person meetups. How have they changed? New customs, new tech, new processes? Anything that's changed for the better? I'm thinking specifically of smaller things like networking events, but feel free to talk about your experiences at conferences, festivals, conventions, etc.

Nothing yet sadly, but I do expect Hybrid (people in person and those online) to remain a thing which I'm seeing at the office

I've only been to one networking event IRL since the pandemic and it was a bit awkward sadly, I think we were all out of paractice. Also it was hard to know whether people were comfortable with hand shaking or not so best to avoid. I think it will be a while before those type of events return to "normal".
