1.25x speed made me nervous and anxious, and recently I went back to 1x speed!

I listen at regular speed, but that has to do with the fact that it's my nighttime routine and I put one hour before bedtime aside, to relax and listen to a podcast.

I strive to make time for podcasts as they provide valuable insights. However, with my responsibilities, I prioritize efficiency and quality. I aim to listen attentively, absorbing key points, but not at the expense of rushing through content. Quality over speed is paramount.
1.25-1.5x depends on how fast the speaker speaks. And for topics that I already have good familiarity with, I sometimes go for 1.5-1.75x
I zoom through on 1.2x speed!
