How effective is the PH 'notify link for actual upvotes?

I assume it helps a lot but I have to wonder what percentage of those subscribed actually see the notification and act on it same day.

Don't think it's possible to measure the percentages, but I have been notified plenty of times when I follow a product and I always upvote
