Social Media also gives a business the ability to provide incredible customer service as a company can be instantly reachable anytime and anywhere.

For me, nowadays customers value brands that are close to the customer and are willing to listen to their views and give feedback. Nothing better than being recognized and feeling that you've been heard.
You can get customer feedback. If a customer is not satisfied with your business, they will express it on social media, and this is an opportunity for you to communicate with that customer and rectify the problem. In addition, social media is a great way to bring in new customers and to keep existing customers coming back to your business. Utilizing social media correctly requires an investment of time, but can be incredibly beneficial.

We are providing tools to help people to manage their projects、brand、communities and social media accounts better. To fulfill these perspectives, before starting, we need to check which social media platforms that our clients normally use, what kind of contents they normally creating, what kind of requirements that they need but current products cannot cope etc.
After analyzing, we chose Twitter and facebook to start as these two platforms can not only provide large database but also perfectly suits our clients. We are using them to get PMF, PLG and consistently getting feedbacks from both clients and audiences to update our product.
