(it's my first ever discussion thread on PH, feeling nervous 😬 ) Since many of you are working and growing remotely, I'd love to hear your thoughts on your remote hiring process. – What are your biggest struggles? – How does it differ from hiring someone to work in the office? – If you could change one thing about remote hiring, what would that be?
