How does a digital nomad solve visa and residency issues?

When digital nomads travel, or relocate, how do you guys deal with some gigs (visa, booking flight/hotel, residence regulations)? Do you use any productive apps or services?

Use Wise
I use it for a business visa debit card (for some reason, no bank has this), but it's great at dealing with currencies and really low cost, so great for travel.

@richard_gao2 oh, I see, u gave me a great suggestion. How about other things? You will book a flight /hotel by yourself or ask for help? Especially preparing documents for visa application
