How do you vet your ideas?

Ideas are a dime a dozen. I'm curious of everyones process for vetting their ideas and choosing what to work on.
What is your process for validating and deciding something is worth the time investment to pursue over any of your other ideas?

First thing that comes to mind is discussing it with my team :)

I follow a three-question framework:
1. Timing: Is it the right time for this idea? Understanding 'why now' is crucial.
2. Niche: Can I identify an early audience or niche? Identifying an early audience helps validate interest and potential demand.
3. Feasibility: Can I develop and ship it within two weeks? This timeframe helps ensure a swift execution and initial testing.
In addition, a pivotal question for me is "Will people pay for this?"
