How do you utilize AI tools in writing?

I can speak English fluently and have written many academic essays due to my college education. However, I still make terrible mistakes and cannot make use of a good language as I do in Turkish, in which I am native.

I've always been a writer since I first learned scribbling letters on my mother's recipe book. I love writing essays about my ethics approach and experiences. I recently wrote about "gaining your colors back", and I thought I might make use of ChatGPT in terms of grammar, as an alternative to Grammarly. It did a great job in detecting grammar mistakes and summarizing the text correctly.
