How do you use Zapier/n8n/IFTTT and stuff to automate your time management?

I'm in the process of making all my workflows more efficient, and I am just scouting for more ideas on how to boost my productivity further :) All answers count, literally anything about time management, so scheduling, meetings, tasks, reminders, etc.
