Integrations are key for us with Slack. Drive, Trello, etc. The more it can be used to centralize collaboration the better
We use slack in our organization to improve communication and collaboration. With Slack, we can quickly share updates with colleagues, receive feedback from team members, and track project progress. With this, we can easily ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the latest developments and workflows.

We use Discord but similar platforms. Our app is driven by our community on Discord, 16,000 members strong currently. This is where we gather feedback, and in real-time occasionally. Everyone gets real-time notifications of announcements as well. The server is structured in a good organized way that is easy to navigate for users and specified channels for certain info. We also have a sepearate Discord server for our development team. We prefer it for collaboration since we already on it actively, and use channel for to do list and make threads on the specific features to discuss on it.

We have several tabs dedicated to encouraging team interactions such as a weekly task channel where the ceo will update it weekly and we can edit and cross items off the list of things we need to get done! Any insight we can garner off of how your organization uses slack effectively?
