    How Do You Use Discord for AI Tool User Feedback and Interaction?

    Hi everyone, I'm curious about the use of Discord in the context of AI tool applications. Specifically, I'm wondering: 1.Are any AI tool applications using Discord as a primary channel for communication and feedback with lead users? （It's best if you're using it too） 2.What methods do you prefer for interacting with a product development team? We've integrated a Discord community link into our product, but we've noticed that very few users are engaging with it. I'd love to hear about your experiences and any tips you might have for improving user interaction through Discord or other platforms. Looking forward to your insights and suggestions! Thank you!

    I analysed which could be better — Discord or Slack. Both are fine, we use Slack just because its more popular in B2B Problem though, until you have massive # of users, Discord and Slack chats won't be that active. We are much more successful contacting with users via whatsapp, email and LinkedIn for a feedback.
