how do you translate marketing videos to other languages?

1. hire a translate agency / freelancer. How much does it cost?
2. DIY. How much time are you willing to expend?
Anyone has a good solution? after all, our market should not be limited by language barriers.

For freelancers, I'd definitely go with option 2. Using tools like 11labs to DIY voice can get you a usable sound at a relatively low cost, but it’s tough to achieve a natural, human-like tone. What really bothers me is how hard it is to quickly match voice-over sounds when starting a new project. Good tools are always hard to find, sad :(

I believe the typical approach is to hire a video agency for translation. The cost can exceed $100 per video, depending on the specific requirements.
The challenging part is finding a voice that matches the original video's tone and making any necessary adjustments to the visual text.
