I totally agree—sometimes the basic routines are the ones that really stick and make a difference. Carrot Care sounds pretty cool! I might have to give it a shot and see how it helps with tracking everything. I missed my time so now I'm just consuming https://esaprazer.com/abakastl (Abacavir lamivudina) and https://esaprazer.com/inbec (Dolutegravir). I know I should've been track my health better.
I track my health by using a mix of apps and habits. I rely on a Fitbit to monitor my daily steps and sleep patterns, and I use MyFitnessPal to keep tabs on my meals. I also set aside time for meditation with Headspace—it helps me stay balanced and focused. 🧘♂️
I use the Oura Ring to track my sleep, recovery, and activity levels. It's super insightful for understanding my overall wellness and knowing when I need more rest vs being good to push myself. I pair that with the Zero Fasting app to track my eating windows and the Calm app for daily meditation. The combo helps me stay proactive about my physical and mental health.

It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of thought into how you manage your health, and it’s inspiring to see how well you’ve integrated tools like the Oura Ring, Zero Fasting, and Calm app into your routine. It must be rewarding to get such detailed feedback from your body, helping you find that perfect balance between pushing yourself and resting when needed. If you're interested in taking this a step further, Carrot Care might be a valuable addition. By analyzing your bloodwork and biomarkers, it can offer insights that connect with your current data, giving you an even deeper understanding of how your efforts are shaping your overall health.
I go the pretty basic route and use Apple's Health app. I have an Apple Watch so tracking my steps and how much sleep I get always helps me understand what I need in my day to day. I also have reminders set to 'drink water' and to 'stand up' after ive been sitting for a long period of time.
@lily_koscal Thank you for your reply! Even basic routine, it is a great thing to have daily, as I stopped doing my morning stretching classes and felt the back pain, so what is basic and plain will always benefit :) Also, for health tracking I am regularly use Carrot Care app. It is user friendly and acts as your personal assistant that might help tracking lifestyle habits (sleep, nutrition, mood, environment), and adding your biomarkers from lab tests. So it is a comprehensive data storage and health assistant in one place :)
