How do you track functional requirements & features specifications in your product?

Also does anyone have a recommendation for a tool that does the following? 1. Ability to add functional requirements 2. Ability to add feature specs 3. Mapping feature specs to functional requirements (eg. specX satisfied reqY) 3.1 Ability to view functional requirements that are not satisfied ⚠️ 4. BONUS: Support for wireframing & mapping feature specs visually 5. BONUS: Ability to organize specs and requirements (eg. organize by screens) 6. BONUS: Ability to integrate specs to our E2E testing suite so we can see which of the specs are untested
