Looks to me that the emphasis on privacy is going to make metrics and attribution much more difficult. We already saw that with iOS on Facebook ad efficacy, and now we're going to see it with open rate tracking.

Several things will change: - Privacy will stay an hot topic - AI has the potential to have huge impact on Marketing industry. It already had big impact on PPC bid management, GPT-3 is currently impacting copywriting a lot. I'm expecting marketing to combine human & AI more and more. - Online will keep on getting more important. With covid online sales become more important, I'm expecting this trend to stay post covid. - Channel will keep on changing. Linkedin & Facebook audience start to decrease, so I'm expecting new channels to take over.
