How do you tell your boss to give you a pay raise?

Great communication, just tell them how you feel.

I haven't asked any of my bosses (past or present) for an increase. For some reason, I get a pay increase even prior to making an attempt. ...and I thank God for giving me employers who understand and appreciate their employees.
