How do you successfully manage coverage during launch day?

We are launching next week and in the final stages of planning our launch day. We are planning for some of our team to work during the night/early morning to ensure we have coverage at all times. Does anyone have any tips to managing this, or have any knowledge of the busiest or quietest times during a launch day? And is a full 24 hour coverage always needed? Thanks!

From what I have learned so far the first four hours are super important time as the rankings are not out and upvotes are not shown as products are randomly shown. For us we are probably planning to hit hard first four hours and an hour before in terms of coverage from the team. Then kind of like staggered the support so there is always at least one person around to answer questions and engage with feedback. Quite a few people have posted their insights post launch so you can find some valuable info there! Best of luck! 💪🏼
