- subject: straight to the point, no fluff.
- start with something about them. shows you're not spamming.
- quick intro about why you're emailing.
- what you can do for them.
- what you want them to do next.
- end it casually, like "let me know what you think".
i always keep it simple and genuine. hope that helps.

Then, briefly explain who you are and why you're reaching out. Highlight the value you can offer and include a clear call to action. Keep it short, personalized, and respectful of the recipient's time. End with a polite closing.
