Try to change my environment or routine to spark some new energy. I find it helpful to revisit my goals, reminding myself why the work matters, which often reignites my drive to keep going.

Take breaks, go for walks, switch up your work environment if you can. Also try focusing on smaller, more manageable tasks to build momentum. Setting mini-rewards for completing tasks can help too. And if all else fails, just force yourself to start - motivation often comes after you begin, not before!

On days when motivation is low, I remind myself of my long term goals and why I started the task in the first place.

I keep a list of quick wins, small, easy tasks that I can knock out quickly. It’s amazing how checking a few things off the list can build momentum and lift my mood.

When I’m struggling with motivation, I like to remind myself of the bigger picture and my long-term goals. Reflecting on why I’m doing what I’m doing can reignite my drive and help me push through.

Find quick wins. Stuff that you can accomplish immediately. If it's bigger projects, break them down and figure out smaller wins. I feel more accomplished and better when I feel like I'm winning. Silly but it works
