Design the environment around you for discipline. E.g. if you want to work out early in the morning, put your clothes out the night before. Or if you want to do focused work, put your phone in the other room. Sometimes you have to make things easier in your environment to have discipline!

I check my bank account every time I lose focus or motivation. Money is not the goal - the goal is to be able to help the ones I love, and even the people that I personally don't know but want to support globally. It reminds me about a bigger cause that I work for, because I get comfortable with how the things in my life are pretty quickly. I need to see how much more people I can help in order to keep myself disciplined, because I'm a very lazy person and would rather rest all day - that's why I need those regular reality checks :D
It's all about habits - stick to the habit and don't blame yourself too much if sometimes you fail to do so.

Stay disciplined and focused with all the tools you need to achieve your goals, like a planner, checklist, habit tracker, and reminders. Use it to monitor whether you’re staying on track with your writing schedule and sticking to it.

Keep a positive attitude. Optimism keeps you positive and creates stronger associations. Being optimistic makes you more inclined to put up your best effort to live the life you wish.
I got this basic yet effective mindset: I won't be motivated all the time. Nobody is motivated all the time. The only way to succeed is to be consistent and keep going.

Doing one kriya (a task) regularly, around the same time for years wherever or whatever the situation I am in. For me, a Kriya hardly takes 12 to 14 minutes but the consistency helped the discipline to sip in me. Other than that, I do not stress about any other deadline, routine, or task for the day. Somehow it worked!

Get a big calendar in your room and mark x on the current date only when you complete the tasks for the day. Haven't tried this method yet, but came to know about it through a youtube video.
