Sometimes it's hard to get back to work and continue from where you left after the weekend. How do you beat brain fog?

Take a morning walk outside before you get into heavy work. Helps clear the mind and get some exposure to fresh air and daylight.
Also, these days I try to drink matcha tea instead of coffee to keep more consistent energy levels :).

Black coffee and a fresh weekly to-do list.
Intermittent fasting, no question! :) Clear mind, lots of energy, no brain fog + autophagy is working in the background. The only trick is to drink a lot of water...
I start my Monday with a weekly catchup with all the teams across all departments.

Get some movement, write a to-do list and wait for 1-1.5 hrs before I drink coffee to avoid caffeine crash.

Coffee for sure. At work we start our week with tracking KPIs and planning our sprint. It helps align our team and also is a start of week ritual that helps set the mood and clear up any doubts so we can go into the week motivated. :)
Unpopular opinion: I actually hate coffee (it is what it is...). In my case 15 minutes of swimming, pilates or some stretching and we start with the work day!

My day starts with a big glass of water and followed by a nice cup of coffee! A good 30min catch up with my cofounders and then its 90mins of focus time with a 15 min reward of whatever thing I choose to do.
Every morning starts with 3 or more Italian espressos, it oils the joints too, if working from home then gardening brings to the surface the better ideas that makes a huge difference.

When weather is nice i ride my bike to work (about 7km) which wakes me up and makes me feel good. When it rains, coffee works too :D

Grinding fresh coffee and making a good cup of it.. while outlining the tasks of the day. But i never start work immediately! First i take around 1 hour playing any PC or mobile game that stimulates my brain .. mostly games with base building or problem solving .. i find that really helpful to get focused :)
