How do you spend working days on Fridays?

Hey all! On Fridays our team makes retrospective, define some bottlenecks and share our general 'feelings' about the process. What kind of activities can be added to make Fridays productive for management and not so boring? For the personal perspective on Fridays I tend to work at home to have some energy for a night out.
