It's the weekend, and if you have customers creating content on your brand on social networks and they tag you, how do you save it? How do you save Instagram stories or things that expire?

NO - SaaS UGC content is subjected to contract because there are USER RIGHTS. This is why some charge up to $100 - $5k (depending on their results and accounts). User rights depend on their content's usability - you can't just download it. You should ask for their permission and where will you use it, for Instagram content? for Youtube/FB ads? IT IS THEIR RIGHT TO PRIVACY even if they tag you! This leads to legal cases. As a marketer, you should know this lol. Influencers or even non-UGC creators. big or small accounts, as long as you violate their content usage. It dangers a brand, this is also why marketers or businesses should have data protection policies and other relevant written rules for clients and 3rd parties. If they agree, they can simply download it and send it to you.
