Additional vacation days, company outings, also the big thing which is extremely under valued is to listen to my employees.  When employees have concerns and require change, I take action towards that as a priority above all else.  Building out an immediate structure on how to implement change and try things out.

Rewarding them by some days-offs and being there for them. Some actions make a huge impact. :)

Many people say "pay 'em."

I must say that this has a negative impact in the long term. I simply pay fairly, and extra money doesn't matter. People quickly get used to it and take it for granted. When they start earning enough to cover their basic needs, extra money doesn't add motivation.
