This is a sore point and we always want to improve the product design. We are not happy with it now. How do we measure design quality? no way :D We subjectively evaluate the result of the work of the designers we involve in the work. Luckily, this is easy for us. Fortunately, this is easy for us because we have great graphic designers in our team. But they are not UX designers))

My startup is still in the early idea stage, and I've got some design drafts. Figuring out how to measure success once we launch is a real puzzle. I plan to monitor user engagement metrics: click-through rates, time spent on the app, and bounce rates. Is it a good idea?

@natalia_savostian All of this is important, true, but in the early stages, user feedback is key.
Thanks for reaching Valentine. We are already working internally on our product design.

@rohitanaidu working on an internal product?
User engagement metrics are my go-to. Are they using it daily? How many features do they use? Are they recommending it? NPS scores help too. Ultimately, it's about how well the design solves the user's problem, like how Superhuman made email enjoyable.
