How do you provide remote instructions or feedback to other team members?

Very often we have to explain another team member what to change on the website, where to find specific things, which feature does what and other ideas... How do you communicate them? I am asking because I have an alternative way to solve this issue which I believe is better than any of the above

Tools such as BPM's (Business Process Management) help businesses delegate work and share information in real time. With tools such as SwevenBPM, you are able to create and update tasks (with images too), while your staff receives said updates on mobile or desktop.

@juan_sandoval1 I haven't heard of SwevenBPM but that sounds cool. But I was talking more about the situation when you need to provide a website specific feedback or instructions. Check https://justbeepit.com , let me know if you think it could be useful for you.

Task management apps like asana help a ton in getting instructions to your team remotely. Depending on the complexity of the instructions, I use both images and video, with short text messages. Make sure that you are giving as small tasks as possible to avoid any confusion and get things done faster. We are launching our product today, hopefully, it's as simple to understand as instructions to give! Any support would be much appreciated!

@edgar_neau I am aware of Asana and other management platforms, but I do believe there is still a space for a tool that is much needed but doesn't exist. Check https://justbeepit.com . Let me know if you think it could be useful.

@farid_sukurov Mmmh interesting, I wonder how to use a tool like this properly though. Because I would guess this will evolve with having a lot of notifications and difficulty to structure it correctly for the team. But I'm sure it can be usefull yes!

@edgar_neau yes, that is a good point. But that can be solved by integrating it with Asana, so that when you create a new comment it is also added as a task in asana. The idea is that it still saves you time since you don't need to do dozens of screenshots or spend extra time doing a video recording.
