I used to maintain a beautiful Excel sheet haha, like I think a lot of you, but with my associate we wanted something visual, to have a greater view of all our KPIs and our leads. That is why we created Mayze.io which also provide a nice dashboard in real-time of your marketing KPIs. But I wanted to know, what do you do to prove the impact of your marketing actions? do you use Excel? a specific tool? are you happy with it?

That sounds great! We transitioned from Excel to [specific tool] for better visualization and real-time tracking of our marketing KPIs. It has significantly improved our ability to prove the impact of our marketing actions. We're very happy with it, as it provides comprehensive dashboards and detailed analytics, making it easier to make data-driven decisions. @mr_jhon Hi! Good for you! I use Mayze.io for Mayze.io because I'm actually the CMO of Mayze.io haha! And I can't be more sure about it. It really helps me a lot every week, not having to gather all my KPIs into an Excel sheet. But more importantly, I can write all my marketing actions in the MagicGraph to see if they had an impact on my KPIs which are on display in the Graph with my leads. I can help you create your account if you want! Do no hesitate to ask me, there is my linkedin profile link on my PH profile! :)

To effectively prove the impact of your marketing actions, it's crucial to use a combination of tools and methods for comprehensive analysis. While Excel can be useful for detailed data manipulation, advanced analytics platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot or custom dashboard tools like Mayze.io offer real-time insights and visualizations that make tracking KPIs more intuitive. These tools allow you to set up tracking for specific campaigns, measure their direct impact on lead generation and conversions, and integrate with other data sources for a holistic view. Regularly reviewing these metrics and correlating them with your business goals can provide clear evidence of how marketing actions drive results, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and optimize your strategies effectively.
