How do you protect your physical health while working?

Lately, I've been taking a lot of backache from the way I sit at the computer while working and the way I sit while looking at the tablet/books. I am trying to endure the pain because I do not have the opportunity to work in another sitting position. I sometimes experience back pain and eye problems, too. I try to reduce it and try different methods, but I finally return to the classical style. What do you do in such situations? What methods do you use for different physical health problems?

Do you work out? If not, try to work out from 30 to 60 minutes every single day. I'm 33 years old, I stay in front of the computer 12 hours a day and never had any back issues yet. As per the eyes, try giving them a break once in a while by looking at something that is far from you, i.e. outside your window.

I've dealt with backache for most of my adult life. For me some things that work are 1) going for a 15-20 mins walk to kick off my day, get some sunlight and fresh air. 2) Taking consistent mini breaks (stretching, walking, breathing) throughout the day at least once every 90-120 minutes. 3) After I wrap up the main part of my day around 6-7 pm I go for a proper 30-mins swim. Hope that gives you some ideas :)

@mehran_najafi and @ervinkalemi have mentioned almost everything. Only thing I can add is, one very good way to maintain physical health is to maintain mental health - don't stay at home for too long. Go out meet people , listen to nice music !
