Yes, you should have an north star metric, then you can easily figure out what is the most important task right now. Let the destination determines your ways

Oh, such a good topic! One of the features of our application is the prioritization of ideas for teams. Often this is Impact/Effort or Rise prioritization. Perhaps in the future we will add a system to improve task prioritization.

hey mate, startups are busy places. everything feels urgent. but not everything urgent is important. that's a tricky part. first, understand what's crucial for your startup's growth. focus there. list out all tasks. see what's urgent, what’s not. now, look at what brings value. what pushes you forward? it's easy to react to what seems urgent. but pause. ask, will this matter in a week? a month? a year? prioritize what's truly important. it's about long-term wins. and realize that, every day brings new urgencies. stay focused. - Karim
