How do you plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle in 2023?

As 2022 comes to an end, I thought it would be neat to share how we plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the new year.
For me, I plan to continually cook and eat at home more frequently and move my body on a daily basis. π©πΎβπ³ πΆπΎββοΈ
If you are in need of accountability to make cooking and eating at home a habit, consider following @themealprepjar on Twitter to find out when we launch!

Keep walking and have seasonal foods. Sounds simple, not easy - but so worth it. Changed my life forever.

Build a habit of regular exercise for spine, learn to keep a balanced diet.

It's so simple! Don't start in 2023, start today. This stuff won't work with procrastination.
I am starting the day with exercise 4 times a week, eating smaller portions and watch the ingredients in your food, there's more unneeded stuff in there than you think.
But, after all, enjoy life every day. Do not punish yourself by doing strict diets or cheat days - progress is slower, but more stable and you will stay healthy unlike "stopping a diet" and then fallback again.

@bjarnbronsveld Agreed. Sounds like you are doing it right - keep it up!

Oddly enough, if many of the more obvious diseases such as https://easystd.com/gonorrhea are not detected and treated in time, then you can definitely earn a number of emotional and psychological traumas from their consequences. Fortunately for us these days these diseases can be cured completely, can't they?
I have big plans for this year. Though I've been working on my weight loss for a long time, I can't achieve the desired result in some body areas, so I'm going to address doctor Cameron Rokhsar and give non-surgical fat removal a try. After the procedure, I hope to finally build muscles and reach my goal.
Keep going to the gym. Record my streaks in my habit-building app.

I think there will be more outdoor workouts but generally, I'll continue eat healthy and exercise regularly. I've found an interesting article - https://betterme.world/articles/... and it inspired me to work even harder on myself and my body.
I need to move and exercise more! Just splurged on a subscription to a nice gym; I hope it'll help me stay motivated!

@martina_hackbartt What a neat investment. Good luck!
First, I'm going to prioritize setting up a work schedule that allows me to balance my personal life and work responsibilities. It's important to maintain discipline in this area in order to have time for relaxation and self-care. Speaking of which, I'm going to make more time for my health. Last year, I had a difficult experience with a dental issue that took a lot of effort and money to resolve. Since then, I've become more interested in dental care and have been researching innovative toothbrushes like the Sonic Glow Brush Reviews. However, I also recognize the importance of not becoming too obsessive about health and finding a healthy balance in my interests.
I have maintained a healthy lifestyle not only in a balanced diet but also daily exercise for years (since 2018). It helps my mental health and physical health a lot. My favorite sport is running I think you should try. It helps you reduce stress and reinforce your patience.

@mickynguyen Well done! Yes, Iβm a walker and a runner myself. My favorite thing about running is getting a runnerβs high ππΎββοΈ!
@kelly_kwawu that's great!
I'm planning to change my diet, sleep and exercise more. I need to focus on my health this year, because I'm diabetic. My blood sugar recently is so high that I needed to take these meds https://www.canadapharmacy.com/p... to lower it.
Need to start meditating

@murali_aasaan Nice, meditation is good for the mind, body, and soul. You got this!
This is one thing I really need to learn...it's so difficultπ
@evan_lee_ are you saying happiness is the outcome or happiness while maintaining it?
