@deniz_sutas Ahh, okay. In this case, it boils down to research. Define ICP (ideal customer profile), and research the problem and the market. Customer feedback is a crucial part of it.

Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders to ensure that new features meet their needs and expectations.

I also think user interviews are effective. However, I think we need to interview a large number of users to collect reliable data. And we need to focus on common opinions.
@anna_choi definitely, the more the better. Still, a few consistent anecdotes from a handful of loyal users would be valuable I think.

Well, we like to throw darts at a whiteboard full of potential features and see what sticks. Just kidding, we also listen to customer feedback and conduct extensive research on industry trends. But the dart idea is still on the table... 😂✋🚀
