For me, I do the most tedious task first. By having the difficult stuff done I feel more motivated to finish everything else.

Having a checklist of goals that reflect your current mental & emotional health. I think the whole point of one procrastinating occurs because we are mentally/emotionally/physically exhausted to go on. And to go easy on yourself helps to break the negative feedback loops in your brain.

having a strict timeline is really helpful for me. I literally gave myself 3 days starting Sunday to roll out Scenarios by Cuanto (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) so much feedback, it's been incredible!

Tasks that take less than 5 minutes, complete them first. Then it is easy to move on to bigger tasks

    1. Giving myself easy tasks to do first (gives me a sense of momentum & accomplishment) 2. Pomodoro timers also work great when I know I need to get a big task done 3. Finally, planning small rewards based on milestones keeps me motivated!

To overcome procrastination I think we need to break down large tasks into smaller, more manageable tasks, Set deadlines for ourselves and stick to them also give rewards ourselves for completing tasks in terms of anything for motivation.

Maybe you sometimes get distracted, switch after work. For example, you can watch a football match or bet on Pin-up https://awc.kz/ to add some adrenaline. Or it helps me too: I set tasks for each day according to priorities, I set deadlines for each task.

Ahead of the July 17th launch of our marketplace for sign-ups, my advice would be to do the hard stuff especially when you do not feel like it. Resist and limit procrastination by listening to Nike and just do it and start whatever it is that you are not great at. Embrace the challenge while getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. This ultimately drives growth, improvement, efficiency, development, and progression toward what you're looking to do

This can make the task less overwhelming and easier to start. Prioritize and organize: Determine which tasks are most important and focus on those first. Create a to-do list or use productivity tools to stay organized and track your progress. Remove distractions : this article Identify potential distractions and find ways to minimize or eliminate them. This may involve turning off notifications, finding a quiet workspace, or using website blockers to limit access to distracting websites. Start with small steps: Sometimes the hardest part is getting started. Begin with a small, achievable task to build momentum and gain a sense of accomplishment.
